End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wayne's Auto Glass ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your use of our website, services, and any related materials provided by Wayne's Auto Glass.

4. Service Availability

Our services, including windscreen repair and replacement, are available in the Whangarei and surrounding areas, including but not limited to Ruakaka, Waipu, and Hikurangi. Service availability is subject to our operational hours (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30) and may be subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, provided on the Wayne's Auto Glass website is the intellectual property of Wayne's Auto Glass and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of our website and services. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any terms herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wayne's Auto Glass be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Whangarei, New Zealand, for the resolution of any disputes.

9. Amendments to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
